Here's a completely random factoid: Greater Miami has fewer toilets per capita than any major U.S. city, or at least anyone that real estate Redfin does business in. Does that matter from a real estate standpoint? Yes, people like toilets. From a public sanitation standpoint? No, probably not. 62 pots per 100 residents is still probably plenty. [New Times]
