Construction is buzzing along at the Gale Suites at the Kaskades, the premium expansion to the Gale South Beach hotel, which will have 25 very nice hotel rooms with balconies, an event space with terrace, and a rooftop amenity area exclusively for Kaskades guests. Curbed was given a construction tour of the property (after the jump). The Kaskades annex is being built in an historic apartment building, with a rooftop addition, and then the amenity area on top of that, giving it a total of four floors. We previously published the renderings, here. The project is planned to be completed by December 1st (and they hotel is all booked up), so they're absolutely buzzing along to meet the deadline.
