A Curbed reader writes in to say that the spinning circles at the future site of One Brickell City Centre are a sculptural installation "conceived in anticipation and celebration of the lunar eclipse on October 8, 2014. The installation invites seven moons to demarcate pedestrian public space in downtown Miami.
