Built in 1930, this stately old dame on Coral Gables' Granada Boulevard is listed for $2.65 million. On a corner lot, the 5,107 square foot art moderne house has some gorgeous exterior architectural details, including some beautiful coral rock details, although it looks like it may have lost a few of the finer interior touches. Although the new bathrooms are fine, in a completely unimpressive sort of a way, one wonders what the originals were like.
