Brickell City Centre Announces the 'Rise' of the Condo Tower

[all renderings via World Property Journal]

Brickell City Centre is getting a major upgrade. It might be because it's on the rise. Pun intended. And so is the commitment to the design of this property.

This mixed-use urban development is invested to the tune of $1.5 billion, courtesy of Swire Properties Inc. Arquitectonica is the architect behind this, partnering with design firm Richardson Sadeki.

Rise is the newest building on the docket, following on the heels of Reach, which is the first luxury condominium tower. Reach is heading for the finish line, with over 75 percent of its condo units sold.

Rise will have a total of 390 homes on 43 stories that range from one to four bedroom apartments, and seven penthouses. Prices will stay between $550,000 to $2.7 million.

And the amenities sweeten the deal, too. Here's a quick list. A half-acre outdoor amenity deck with tropical gardens, a Hammam spa (because you don't want to fly to Morocco for that, do you?), blowdry bar, nail salon, fitness center, library, poolside cafe service, tech-savvy children's room (because of course), heated lap and social pools (can't be antisocial in the water), entertainment suite, business center, secured parking garage, and 24 hour valet. Whew.

Can't wait to see when Rise has risen.
