Coming soon to a Hollywood near you: Meliá Costa Hollywood, opening in 2015.
Meliá Hotels International announced that it will open and manage the 304-room condo hotel, developed by Hollywood-based Liberty Grande LLC. The six-story property will include a spa and fitness facility, a rooftop pool deck, and five restaurants.
Although Meliá Hotels International operates 365 hotels throughout 40 countries, it's the second Meliá brand hotel in the U.S. (the first is Meliá Orlando Suite Hotel, in Celebration).
