Azure, a luxury condo development in Palm Beach Gardens, is enjoying its place in the popularity contest that tallies units sold at 22 and counting.

This is building #1, which is 50 percent sold and expected to be complete in mid-2016.

Developer Frankel Enterprises of Jupiter is planning a total of 113 units in two four-story buildings over a 14-acre site along Intracoastal Waterway.

Condos will run up to 3,800 s.f. with double master bedrooms, private elevators, and boat docks. Prices range from the $900,000s to $2 million.

Amenities include a club room, card room (for bridge, Mah Jong, and games of the rectangular paper variety), conference center, pool and health club, enclosed parking garage, garden walks, fountains and a gated entry with 24-hour security. A walking path offers views of the marina.

The Palm Beach Post reports that the land was purchased in April for $10 million. The Real Deal reports that Allen Ball, Azure's director of sales, has a handle on the buyer profile: a mix between full-time residents and those who want to own second homes. You may fit one of those categories. If so, sail right in to see if the views are as blue as its name implies.
