Oldest House on the Market in South Florida Sells for $450K

Built in 1907, the Charles Graham House out in the Redlands was the oldest house on the market in South Florida when we wrote about it earlier this year, and now it's sold for $450,000, about ninety thousand less than its asking price. The house was built by Mr. Graham on land which had a homestead claim signed by Theodore Roosevelt, and came with a roomy 4,536 square feet of living space spread over two levels, surrounded by large verandahs.
