Developer Jason Halpern, who is either a total hottie or just photographs really well, is planning an approximately fifteen unit condo project on Indian Creek Drive and 29th Street. The building will incorporate an existing midcentury motel-like structure into the design, so it gets some historic preservation snaps for that. Plans have yet to be revealed. So, um, yeah ok.
