Notorious Starlite East Motel Sells For $25 Million

Brickell's Starlite East Motel, where there are multicolored disco lights and mirrored ceilings over the beds in every room, and some rooms are designed over private carports with private entrances to said carports to ensure ultimate privacy, has sold for $25 million. The seller was Rafer Enterprises and the buyer was an anonymous sounding LLC called Optimum USA Brickell 2, and there's also a management company called Starlite Brickell Management LLC, according to TRD.
