Sales of residential units at the Shore Club, which is being converted from a hotel into a hotel and condominium, launched during Art Basel, with a few bits of info being released (yes, they're being very cagey): First, Curbed Miami landed a preliminary rendering of the building, as it might look after being redone by architect Isay Weinfeld. Now for some fresh news: instead of 80-something residential units, there will be 75 units (and 100 hotel rooms), ranging from 1 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms, and they'll start at a whopping $2 million. Thirteen units were reserved during Art Basel, with five alone taken on the first night of sales.
