Juwan Howard, the Miami Heat's assistant coach, has launched his very Miami-looking Chicago pied à terre, in the also-very-Miami-looking Trump Tower (sorry Chi-Town) onto the market for a cool $2.99 million. The place, which Curbed Chicago says is "almost reminiscent of a suburban castle" (yes, yes, Miami=gaudy sometimes) comes with loads of upgrades, like the very un-Miamian three fireplaces.
