A Curbed reader sends in this listing of a gorgeous, and very nicely updated, waterfront house in Coral Gables' Journey's End development, built in 1979 with one particularly unusual feature: the art deco water tower that Arthur Vining Davis, the industrialist and philanthropist, used to survey his extensive landholdings from Cocoplum to Red Road. Although the tower has since been converted to a completely unusual guest room in the sky, it appears to contain the original elevator and other original interiors from Davis' day, while the main house has glassy, open-plan interiors with some very sweet vaulted ceilings. Price: $15 million.
