This five bedroom, four and a half bathroom place going for $2.79 million in Cocoplum is architecturally of the traditional bent, what with its eaves and its light blue shutters and all. The house is very roomy, but not egregious at all, at a comfortable 4,200 square feet, and, charmingly, it appears to be on a slope which creates a three story facade in the rear, out of what otherwise would be a two-story house. This is where everything falls apart, the architectural unity disappears, and the house just sort of seems to say "aw, to hell with it." That back facade needs some love. There aren't even shutters all the way around.
