"Biscayne Boulevard is extraordinarily wide. They could keep the same amount of traffic lanes and still have more than enough room for an exclusive transit line. The parking spaces in the extremely wide median should ALL be removed and returned to pedestrians. All Aboard Florida and the FEC train will not be on Biscayne Boulevard.
