Waahhaa, what, what? Sorry, must have been so relaxed by either the soothing easy-breezy, sleepy small town vibe of Coconut Grove's new ad campaign commercials, or so unstimulated by the Grove that we passed out from sheer sensory deprivation. The 'Nearby Republic of Coconut Grove' must be one calm, tranquil, uncomplicated place, if these commercials are telling the truth. And one thing the Grove of the commercials definitely is NOT is a bohemian, artistic, psychedelic, hippie commune. The subtropical Kingdom of the Amazons that it was in the sixties. Maybe it's too 'nearby'.
