When completed, the totally bonkers One Thousand Museum by starchitect Zaha Hadid, the Zaha Building, or Zaha's Building for short, will be topped by an appropriately intergalactic two level penthouse. For $45 million, the sprawling super villain's lair apartment has double height living and master bedroom areas, a private circular elevator, and a second private elevator leading up to the building's rooftop helipad. It has a games room, a circular grand staircase, a second circular grand staircase "just because", and a media room with adjacent lounge.
And, if you act quickly, Zaha herself will float down in a melted-marshmallow-shaped flying ship, land on the helipad, and take up residence in one of the guest bedrooms, which might be good or bad depending on how you look at it.
