With Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric Trump all growed up and busy running pieces of daddy's empire, their mummy Ivana Trump is selling the Palm Beach estate she bought for $4.4 million in 1994 two years after divorcing The Donald. The architectural godfather of Palm Beach, Addison Mizner designed the nearly 15,000-square-foot Moorish-style Concha Marina for himself in 1921.
The house, which has undergone expansions and renovations over the years, including by iconic architect Maurice Fatio, boasts nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a lotus-shaped swimming pool and one of those underground tunnels to the beach that many of Palm Beach's greatest houses have. The manse was landmarked in 1998, which protects its exterior walls from significant alteration.
