"As a Grove Isle resident one of our least concerns is what is reported in this piece. We worry about loss in property value, construction and dust. Not to mention looking more outdated, loosing all the amenities of a club, restaurant, spa and hotel. At the end of the day the important thing is that anything that is done conforms with Miami 21 and original land/development contracts.
