Check Out The Floorplans Of Piero Lissoni's Ritz Carlton

New, 5 comments

Home Ec. queen and former jailbird Martha Stewart stopped by the defunct Miami Heart Institute, the future home of the Piero Lissoni-designed Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach, last week during the South Beach Food and Wine Festival, accompanied by pal ex New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly. Word is Martha's shopping for a place in Miami. And why not at the Ritz?

Floor plans show massive three-bedroom apartments with libraries, terraces, private elevators and 12-and-a-half-foot ceilings, not to mention an appropriate amount of counter space for a kitchen goddess like Martha. Oh, and due to the adaptive use nature of the building, which is being sliced and diced from a hospital to, well, the Ritz, there is a wide variety of floor plan options and layouts. (Do check out a selection of them, after the jump.)
