Unarrested Development

In Wynwood's southern fringes, a redesigned Max Miami, formerly a mixed use tower of residential, artists' studios, and hotel, and now just a boxy residential tower with parking and token 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail, has come back to life. The developer's claim that it will be "one of Miami's luxury iconic high rises" seems like a wee bit of an overstatement, although it does have a cool name. [exMiami]
