Chelsea Condo Has Giant Hedge; Temple Court History

Since we could all use more giant privacy hedges around our homes, here's the latest from Curbed NY...

1) Financial District: The Temple Court Building and Annex near City Hall is undergoing a luxury hotel conversion and getting a condo tower plopped on top of it, which means that now is a great time to examine the history of the unassuming-from-the-out, beautiful-on-the-inside building.

2) Upper East Side: Famed Danish designer Thomas Juul-Hansen is designing a luxury condo building on 86th Street. We got a look at some interior renderings and it seems like the apartments are going to be pretty nice.
3) West Chelsea: 500 West 21st Street, a new condo development next to the High Line, will maintain its residents' privacy via a 40-foot-high wall of plants. The first units just hit the market and almost immediately went into contract, so apparently giant hedges are in.

4) Bed-Stuy: This renovated Bed-Stuy loft in a converted candy manufacturing factory is pretty sweet. (Get it? Sweet? You get it.) Unfortunately, after hitting the market earlier this week for $750,000, it has already found a buyer.
