"The main ballroom is preserved, and used for the main lobby/reception. The new "ballroom", that was originally designed as open air will have a 40 ft ceiling for a dramatic entry. The Richard Meier lobby will likely be more like the original ballroom than today's modified (for air conditioning) ballroom. Also, the cabanas are replicas of the originals.
