Max Weinberg, former bandleader for the Conan O'Brien show and longtime member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band, has snapped up this 75 year old Maurice Fatio-designed "cottage" in Palm Beach for $2.2 million. The four bedroom, three bath house has a really cute backyard and pool area, "deeded beach access" (although it's like two blocks from the beach), and, rather amazingly, was on the market for the first time in 50 years, which would be why it appears to have plenty of original details intact.
