The latest in a chorus line of surrealist-and-slightly-Salvadore-Dali-esque Walgreens Drug Stores that are being developed by the duo of Seth Gadinsky and Daniel Hotte and designed by another duo, Robert Brown and Frank Demandt, is proceeding well on its way to completion. A Curbed reader sent over these photos of the construction progress. This store on 14th & Collins Avenue, according to the architects, takes inspiration from the nautical motifs of the surrounding Art Deco district. It follows the foursome's totally MiMo Walgreens on Alton Road, and of course their very swishy and twisty Walgreens on Normandy Isle.
