Marion Sims Wyeth Palm Beacher Sells For $25.5 Million

New, 1 comment

A Palm Beach estate that Curbed National called "Quintessential, Yet Curious" back in October has sold for a solid $25.5 million, a smidgen below its asking price of $30 million, but certainly still a solid sum. The house was built in 1926 by architect Marion Syms Wyeth and only put back on the market in October, meaning it sold in about five months, and was still the second highest residential sale in the august town's well coiffed realm. The buyer, unsurprisingly, is a mysterious LLC, and so is the seller. So, for all we know it really could be a drug lord, Curbed National.
