The Soffer family is building a big new, 52 story, 150 unit luxury residential tower in Sunny Isles Beach called Turnberry Ocean Club. A rendering, by architect Carlos Zapata, shows a tall glassy building with balconies on the ocean and bay side, sheer sides, and what look to be amenity levels with landscaped terraces and sky lobbies sliced into the building at four places.
