While most of Miami's bigger projects under construction seem to be on overdrive (walk by Brickell City Centre at night, and they're usually still going at it) developer Tibor Hollo's Panorama Tower is taking its dear sweet time. Hollo announced site work had begun almost exactly a year ago. In that time, half of the old parking garage that formerly occupied the site has been demolished, and that appears to be it from a photo a reader sent in. Why the slow pace is anyone's guess. The gang's going to have to pick up the pace a little to make it to the tower's full 830 foot height.
