Faena Penthouse Under Contract For Undisclosed Price To Undisclosed Buyer

New, 1 comment

The duplex penthouse at the Norman Foster-designed Faena House has entered into contract to a price that, although undisclosed, will apparently still set the record for "the most expensive condo sale in Miami Beach", according to the buyer's agent. The place was originally listed for $50 million. If it set said record, this would of course likely make it the most expensive condo sale in all of South Florida, trumping the $27 million sale in 2013 at the Setai, an the $34 million penthouse at the Marriott Edition.

The 'record breaking' two-level penthouse comes with two kitchens, a great room, a formal dining room, a lounge, two powder rooms, a media room, and a private elevator to the private pool (pictured). It also has almost as much outdoor space as indoor.

Well, actually the sale would only probably make the penthouse a record setter for all of South Florida, because we don't actually know how much that penthouse at the Mansions at Acqualina sold for. Chances are, however, it wasn't $50 million bucks. Anywho, Faena House is also now 100% sold out.
