"[Watson Island is] not really that great of a spot for a stadium. Everyone would have to drive on the same road to the stadium because the bridge is too long and dangerous for lots of pedestrians to cross. Stadiums are best in the middle of cities because there are already dozens of parking garages to accommodate thousands of people. If you built a stadium here you would also need parking for ~25,000 people and those garages would only be used during games.
