Ritzing Up An Old Hospital

The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach broke ground the other day, with a little groundbreaking ceremony that Curbed couldn't attend (sorry!). The project, as we know, will be a luxury residential building by Piero Lissoni in the sliced-and-diced shell of a former heart hospital. Buy a luxury condo where your dead uncle Moe had open heart surgery 20 years ago. We kid, we kid. It's a beautiful project. Hardly any ghosts. [Curbedwire; Previously]
