Should Ocean Drive Go Pedestrian Only?

Ocean Drive, where a parking spot hasn't been available since the Bicentennial, may find relief from its eternal gridlock and become pedestrian only if city commissioners get their way. Some local business (like Mango's, where not a single local has gone since the Bicentennial) are opposing, fearing they'd go out of business and be replaced by national retailers because... taxis full of tourists won't pull up maybe? And where would the hotel valet drop offs go? Oh the humanity!
