High Line Development Map; NYC's Lost Subway Lines

Outdoor movie season is upon us. Here's the latest from Curbed NY...

1) West Chelsea: The High Line, the elevated park built an a former railway, has already proved to be a huge attraction for tourists. But it's turning out to be an even bigger attraction for luxury condo projects, of which there are over a dozen in the works. We've put them all, including some from very famous architects, on one handy map.

2) Underground: New York City has the best subway system in the world (wanna fight about it?) but it could have been even greater had any of the planned lines that never came to fruition actually happened. Columnist Keith Williams explores which subway lines could have happened but didn't, and why.

3) Outdoors: Planning on visiting the city this summer? Here's a map of over 30 venues that show outdoor movies.

4) Tribeca: Interior renderings have been released for 30 Park Place, the latest luxury condo building from 15 Central Park West architect Robert A.M. Stern. The duplex penthouse, which (surprise) looks really, really nice, will be asking north of $60 million.
