Thank the Biscayne Bay gods, things are getting hairy with plans for the rather hideous SkyRise Miami. Lease negotiations for Bayside Marketplace/SkyRise Miami with the City of Miami aren't going well at all, according to exMiami which sources Al Crespo, the man behind the Crespogram Report. Apparently "if not for pressure to get a deal done for SkyRise, talks would probably have broken off by now", although it will probably still at least break ground so their Federal Aviation Approval remains valid.
