Four major residential towers in Brickell and Edgewater received 'conditional approval' from the Miami Urban Development Review Board at their last meeting: Brickell Ten, 1010 Brickell, One Paraiso, and Melody, that pile of plaster by Melo Group that Curbed wasn't a fan of.
