Max Azria, the fashion designer behind BCBG, has listed his supremely homey and normal looking Fisher Island condo for $7 million. Compare it with his much more bling-ed out Los Angeles place, which apparently has been featured in a few magazines. He bought the 5,000+ square foot condo back in 2005 for $3.44 million. The sixth floor unit has five bedrooms and five and a half baths, white marble here and there, a big living room, wide terraces, and westerly views of the Miami skyline.
