Some Of The Most Iconic Signs To Grace Miami's Skyline

New, 3 comments

Not much says 'Wish you were here' or 'Hey look why I get to wear hot pants in January' to your freezing friends up north who didn't want to splurge on a Miami vacation better than posing in front of your hotel's sign, slapping the photo on a postcard, and sending it back home. Every city is characterized by its unique assemblage of signs, a collection that's been amassed through its history, the good ones being saved and restored by building owners far after they've outlived their original uses (see the Coppertone Girl) and the most treasured ones even coming back to life in iteration after iteration (see the Pier 5 sign). So, without further ado, presenting a photo tour of some of the most iconic signs to grace Miami. Did we miss some? Leave it in the comments!
