The Jade Signature people sent over three new renders of the donut-shaped wing that will extend off the back of the Herzog & de Meuron-designed building. According to floor plans, the bottom level of the donut will be a 'Beach Grill', visible in the first rendering, and the massive concrete part above that's totally cantilevered off the side of the building will contain a giant horseshoe-shaped hot tub.
