Sales Launch For Iris On The Bay Townhouses In Normandy

New, 1 comment

Development has stormed the beaches of Normandy canals of Normandy Isle, as a new crop of townhouses called Iris on the Bay launches sales. P.R. for the real estate team, Douglas Elliman, emailed us to say that they were on the case. The project basically consists of two rows of townhouses clustered on to a large lot, with canals to the east and south, lined by a pedestrian boardwalk, and a private road down the middle. At the end, a shorter third row caps the end of the street and gives water views to more units.

Each four-story townhouse, prices for which begin at $824,000, has an elevator, balconies, rooftop terraces, optional summer kitchens, two car garages (with optional lifts to add two more cars) and nice, GE Monogram appliances, quartz countertops, and Kohler fixtures. They're rather compact, with three or four bedroom configurations and square footages from 2,152 to 2,513. The project will have fifteen boat slips, for vessels up to 36 feet.
