After being announced practically a year ago, the lid is finally coming off of Starchitect Rem Koolhaas's Coconut Grove condo project Park Grove. It was announced last year at Design Miami, when Rem Koolhaus won a competition juried by mega-design-curator Terry Riley, to design a follow up luxury development to the Terra Group's Grove at Grand Bay, designed by fellow starchitect and former Koolhaus student Bjarke Ingels. And, as if to maximize the combined effect, the buildings are practically next door to each other.
