Not exactly a surprise here, but developer Russell Galbut has cancelled his latest grand plan for the 500 Alton Road/South Shore hospital site, the one with the tower and the park with a lake. It joins Galbut's two previous big ideas for the site that didn't go anywhere: the Wave, and SoBe Park. Now he might do "a more subdued park" and a "smaller tower". [Real Deal Miami; Previously]
