"Not that it'll be a huge loss, but I guess the building currently housing the bar "Will Call" will be obliterated by this design? I've been there a few times and from the look of the inside, the bar owners sunk a fair amount of money into that joint. Funny they would do that if they knew the place was soon to be bulldozed. Speaking of bulldozed, I hope this place and Brickell City Center are both wildly successful beyond even the developers' expectations, and consequently cause a substantial dropoff in business over on Lincoln Road in South Beach.
