Cassa Brickell is one of the first condominium projects, if not the first, in Miami with a rooftop vegetable garden. The garden will be at least 900 square feet and grow vegetables, herbs, and spices. For a city with such balmy weather and a sea of condo towers, edible rooftop gardens aren't nearly as much of a thing as you'd think. And no, landscaped amenity decks don't count.
