A billionaire resident of 740 Park Avenue dropped a whopping $71.3 million on a third unit in the building, to be used by his grandkids when they come visit.
3) Midtown West: New York's highly-popular elevated park will open its third and final section on September 21. Called the High Line at the Rail Yards, this section lets visitors experience the abandoned railway as it was before development.
