City Looking at Problem of Dogs in Condos Who Need to Poop

The City of Miami Planning & Zoning Department, after a discussion at a zoning board meeting on Monday, is now looking very seriously at the issue of dogs living in condos who have no places to poop except for next door neighbors' front yards, or in the case of those pampered pups living in Icon Bay, the famed Miami Circle. They plan to require multifamily buildings that allow pets to also provide dog parks for the animals to, you know, do their thing.
