Probably the most interesting things about this understated, borderline-bland 9,100 square foot penthouse at the Grovenor House are the name of the building (which presumably is named after Coconut Grove itself, and is not a misspelling of the name of that square in London thankyouverymuch) and the giant plaster face staring out the window in the dining room. The $8.5 million pad has a steam oven, whatever that is, all the home-automation gizmos one would expect in a penthouse of its calibre, and a "closet to impress a Queen." according to the brokerbabble. Because apparently the word 'queen' is capitalized now.
