Under new ownership, South Beach's iconic Shore Club Hotel is going condo, according to a press release just sent over. The 309 room hotel will soon become a 100 room hotel that also has 85 condo units, with real estate giant Douglas Elliman launching sales during (when else?) Art Basel week. So, that should make a pile of money.
