Your buzzkill of the day, the Federal Aviation Administration wants to reduce the heights of new downtown skyscrapers even more aggressively than it does already, beginning with four (MiamiCentral, One Brickell City Centre, Aria on the Bay, Met Square) which it says should be 475 feet or shorter. If the FAA prevails, two (One Brickell City Centre, and MiamiCentral) would be sliced by more than half. [DBR]
