Although starchitect Frank Gehry's masterplan for the YoungArts Foundation campus at the iconic Bacardi Building is still very much under wraps, one Gehry-designed element of the project was just completed: Ted's at YoungArts, the Stephen Starr-managed restaurant on the seventh floor.
