Paramount Miami Worldcenter may still be hush hush about its floorplans, renderings, and other details, with its website hardly showing anything, but (as the pattern usually is in Miami) once you let brokers in on the secret, well honey, the word's out. So, here's a roundup of what we know from various brokers:
First off, Michael Light of Keller Williams Realty has posted this rendering of a four-level top deck called the 'Yacht Skyview Deck'. The building will have amenities on the 9th floor, the roofdeck (which would be the traditional amenity deck), and the 'Yacht Skyview Deck'.

Miami Condo Investments, a.k.a. the Iron Man decathlon-running Lucas Lechuga, has renderings of what appear to be a lobby area (yes, it does look like the inside of a tree trunk), the indoor area of the building's spa, and the outdoor area of the spa.
According to MCI, the 12,000 square foot spa will include a steam room, sauna, yoga studio, treatment rooms, relaxation lounge, nail/hair bar, and outdoor bath gardens.
The tower, which is being designed by Elkus Manfredi is designed (to look?) "like an Italian yacht". Most of the realtors seem to have this rendering:

These are "The Resort Villas at Paramount Miami Worldcenter" and yes, they really are supposed to be just as ridiculous as they look. Welcome to Miami, baby. Gotta love the luxe life.

The various brokers have also listed amenities for which there are not renderings, including an "innovative conservatory", winding paths and "secret gardens" on the amenity deck, a kid's center that includes a "play room, video game room, recreational lounge with billiards tables, music "jam" room and recording studio."
The sales center, which "is expected to open within the next month", says Lucas, is being built a few blocks from the project site.
